Pineapple Habanero Ribs

  • Put your favorite rub on the baby back ribs and refrigerate for 12 hours. Remove skin on the back of ribs.

  • Put in smoker for 3 hours 145 degrees.

  • Remove and place rib in foil- mix sauce with brown sugar and mustard. Cover both sides with sauce and place back on the smoker for 2 hours.

  • Remove foil and baste with BBQ sauce best to cut individual slices.

  • Smoker temperature stays at 200 degrees.
